This modern block of apartments is nicely furnished and only 20 yards from the sandy Vora Mar Beach and famous pine walk, generally regarded by many as the most sought after location in the area. Rafaela is on the old Formentor which is thankfully now by passed so little traffic noise is evident, but the bedroom windows are all on the other side of the building thus eliminating any disturbance. All are 3 bedroomed (mostly twin), have large, air conditioned lounge/dining rooms (£25 extra per week to pay locally if required), fitted kitchens and washing machines and two wc/bath/showerooms (one of which is en suite). Three apartments are on the ground floor with a garden front and rear, one on the first floor with small front/large rear balcony and two on the second floor with small front/large rear balcony and a full size roof terrace. All amenities are within a reasonable walking distance. Special prices available for longer stays over autumn/winter/spring especially for 2 persons only. Quite basic but well positioned for a beach holiday.
