This house enjoys the most superb location in the Boquer Valley private and quiet yet on the outskirts of the port, it has the advantage of being in easy reach of about 1km from restaurants/bars and is 1.5km from the beach. "Boyda" is usually the first to greet guests at the driveway, she is a very pleasantly disposed and very popular retriever/cross. Entering Boque Petit through ancient wooden doors, clients will be immediately impressed by the lovely preserved stone walls, dating back over 200 years. There is a large lounge/dining room with a sofa bed and traditional fireplace and separate fully fitted kitchen (incl dishwasher) which features a lovely old Mallorcan fire and snug. A staircase from the lounge leads to the first floor where there is a twin with en-suite bathroom, further twin, a double bedroom and another full bathroom which all have wonderful views of the mountain and the port. The large 13m x 6.5m pool is the main feature of the attractive, extensive gardens. A purpose built barbecue and a feature Mallorcan oven with adjoining shower room (has washing machine) complete this popular house.
