A lovely, small development in Gommar "village" on the outskirts of Port de Pollença just off the road twixt the port and old town, 1km from the town and beaches. There are two blocks, each with a total of just six apartments on ground, first and second floors. All the apartments have two or three bedrooms with fully fitted kitchen and full bathroom. Each apartment has two sun balconies off the lounge/dining room. These apartments are spacious and are fitted to a good standard though not luxury. The El Molino complex has the benefit of a 12m x 6m swimming pool for guests complete with BBQ area. A popular choice for families with all facilities being within walking distance and on the flat. Note: The apartments with 2 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 4 and those with 3 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 6.
