These are arguably some of the finest modern apartments available and are superbly positioned right on the front with direct access to the beach, benefiting from a private car park and informal beach cafe open for light meals. There are only 13 beautifully furnished and appointed apartments in this small block, with absolutely fantastic, uninterrupted sea or mountain views. At Costa Brava, all accommodation is furnished in a similar style to a good standard and include, full air conditioning, central heating, safe, telephone (on request), double glazing, terrace, television, fully equipped fitted kitchens and twice weekly maid service (linen changed once per week unless by prior arrangement). Only the 3 bedroom has a washing machine in the apartment and there are no welcome packs supplied here. Sea view apartments are less sunny than the mountain views in the winter. There is a lift with 4 steps from the ground floor leading up to it.

These 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom properties all have sea views and the lounge/dining room has 2 single sofa beds.
3 bedroom Max No. 6 Persons
A beautifully appointed “Atico” apartment with 3 double bedrooms opening on to the terrace, 2 bathrooms, large lounge/dining room, dishwasher, washing machine, lounge/dining area through to spacious terrace with sea view.
4 bedroom Max No. 7 Persons
The other "Atico" boasting a wonderful mountain view from the large terrace. This apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms, large lounge/dining area and dishwasher.
