The house has three floors and there are many sitting areas (all styled classically with dark antique furniture), only two full bathrooms (one on the ground floor) and an old farmhouse kitchen that also has the benefit of a washing machine and microwave. The expansive terraces bordered by manicured lawns and well tended shrubs house a splendid, large swimming pool (12m x 5m) with Roman steps. A worthy mention goes to the barbecue and large ten seater table, perfect for outdoor dining. Camp De Son Llampaies is a really super house in one of the most dramatic settings. Note : The owner lives in the same grounds, although in an entirely separate house. The pool is occasionally used by the owners (when they are not residing on their boat in the port, or abroad) though they naturally respect guests privacy. Some traffic noise may be audbile from the Sóller/Port de Sóller road. No Sunday changeovers.
