Refurbished to a high standard, Ca’n Figueras offers typical olde worlde charm with quality fixtures and fittings and old, traditional Mallorcan furniture. The accommodation briefly comprises: entrada/dining room with ceiling fan leading to kitchen with dishwasher, combined washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer and bathroom with shower/bidet/wc. Also off the entrada is a twin bedroom with ceiling fan. A half landing leads to a garden twin bedroom, again with ceiling fan. The top floor comprises master bedroom with en suite bath/shower/wc/bidet, drawing room and separate TV room (has satellite incl BBC 1,2 & ITV) shower/wc room off and doors to garden. The many terraces outside boast stunning views, a good sized pool (8m x 4m /1m - 1.9m) and ample dining space.
The walk up to the property (approx 200 steps) and interior steps preclude the infirm. Young children are considered only on request mainly as the area is so quiet. Free car parking is only an 8 minute stroll from the foot of the steps or nearby car parks which require meter feeding during daylight hours.
Note: resort transfer can only take guests to bottom of steps.
