A washing machine is available for use and electric radiators make the properties ideal in winter. Ca'n Comas also has a resident cat, who is apparently rather "snobby"! (Please note this property is only Saturday to Saturday during May to Oct unless short notice. Rest of year anyday to anyday subject to owner approval).

This superb detached dwelling is approximately 50m from the main house and a little nearer the road comprising: entrance off private terrace with mountain and orchard views; living/dining room with TV, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and shower/wc. One of our best sellers last year.
