What better place to absorb the breathtaking vista of the impressive Tramuntanas and roofscape of Sóller than from S’Olivar Major, a delightful little hideaway tucked away in the hills behind the old town! The little finca is new and styled traditionally inside and out to a good standard. Enter off the front, vine covered terrace into classically furnished lounge/dining room (sofa bed, cd/hi-fi) with American kitchen, double bedroom and walk in shower/wc. There are plenty of grounds to sit out or barbecue within (30,000 square meters to be precise) and guests have exclusive private use of the owner's pool (9m x 4m). The pool is 1 minute walk or 100m down hill from the finca along a rough track and is situtated behind the owner's house. He totally respects guests' privacy and will use neither the pool nor terrace between the hours of 1000 to 1830. S'Olivar Major's terrace is positioned much higher than the owner's house and offers complete privacy. It is possible to walk to and from the village remembering of course that the return journey will require more leg work than the walk down! Car parking for small cars only is possible quite close to the house.
