With only a few properties the atmosphere is relaxed, quiet and ideal for families or couples. Camp de Mar has a fair selection of amenities and the beach is a mere 200m making less of a reliance on the hire car. The compact, air conditioned/heated villa on two levels briefly comprises : 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms; cloakroom/wc; living room/dining room with satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen (incl dishwasher and washing machine) and bath/shower/wc. The living room is light filled by French windows to both sides and opens onto a private terrace with barbecue overlooking the pool (15m x 8m). In our opinion Villa Katarina is a quality residence, furnished and equipped to a good standard that is well placed for services and the beach. (Note: beach shot shows proximity to the beach, it is not the view from the house). Please note that a small security deposit is required when booking this house.
