A magnificent stone built detached finca on the outskirts of Sóller on the road to Fornalutx, a real gem and certainly one of our best properties. Tastefully restored to a high standard, the house stands in extensive citrus groves with breathtaking mountain views all around. The accommodation briefly comprises: entrance to a cobbled entrada; downstairs cloakroom/wc; a raised sitting area to the right with and stove and access to side terrace, to the left a sitting room with old fireplace; steps lead to a spacious dining area, with fitted kitchen (has washing machine, dishwasher and microwave) and access to a further terrace. More steps lead from the entrada to a half landing off which is a double bedroom with en suite shower/wc. Continue to the first floor with 2 twin bedrooms and bath/shower/wc. Up again to the “tower” with twin bedroom (can be made into a triple) and en suite shower/wc. Thick walls make air conditioning a non essential item, though stand alone fans are available and the house is centrally heated for winter lets. Ca'n Joan is set in approximately 5000 m² with plenty of terraces to sunbathe and the pool is a decent size. The old town is but a short stroll but a car would be much more convenient for driving down to the port. Highly recommended.
