A thoughtful conversion from a large house into 3 one bedroom units providing an opportunity for couples or young families to self cater only 100m from the sandy beach of Portals Nous. Approximately 35 steps lead to the apartments that are all very similar in size and outlook and comprise: entrance hall, twin bedroom, bath/shower/wc, lounge area with kitchen area (2 ring hob and no oven) leading to a terrace or balcony overlooking the residential surroundings. The settee in the living room is a double sofa bed, the owners will accept 1 child U10 sharing this if desired. There is plenty of room on the terrace and the Mediterranean gardens surrounding the house set the mood and give a lovely “local” flavour. The pool is a good size (10m x 5m and note that children U12 must be accompanied by an adult), but the beach is one of the best around, should one prefer. A short walk will take you up the steps to the church, down the other side and along to another beach, a couple more minutes and you arrive at the chic Puerto Portals. Nearer to hand, there are a couple of places to eat, bakery and little supermarket, thus a car is not an essential item. Simple, basic, adequately equipped apartments, Bellatrix are ideally located. (There are no welcome packs provided at this property).
